On November 18, 2024, under the warm winter sun, we celebrated the 30th birthday of Beijing Watchdata Co., Ltd. (from now on referred to as “Watchdata”). The successful conclusion of the birthday celebration marked a brilliant finale to our two-month-long anniversary celebration series. During this extraordinary time, through four carefully planned chapters and eight spectacular events, we not only looked back at Watchdata’s magnificent 30-year development journey but also jointly painted a grand blueprint for future development. Through thirty years of weathering storms together and thirty years of glorious achievements, all of this has converged into precious memories and supreme pride in the hearts of Watchdata employees. This magnificent journey is a testament to the time and crystallization of Watchdata people’s wisdom and sweat, inspiring every member to continue and create an even brighter future together.

30 Years of dauntless effort, Memories Set Sail
Old Photo Collection Activity:
Each yellowed photograph records Watchdata’s growth from its inception to its expansion, from a small team of about twenty people in the Beijing International Technology Cooperation Center office in 1994 to today’s medium-sized enterprise of hundreds. The signing of the first order, the establishment of the first overseas office, the first product going overseas, and the first appearance at an overseas exhibition. Behind each photo lies a story of Watchdata people’s joint struggle, and every employee who has ever worked here is remembered and appreciated by Watchdata. We revisited those precious memories through the old photo collection activity and felt Watchdata’s thirty years of changes and development.
“One Song” MV Recording Activity:
The song “Together Towards the Future” expressed the voice of Watchdata people, singing about Watchdata’s thirty years of weathering storms together and the beautiful outlook for the future. In this MV recording activity, various departments and teams showed their creativity, completing the MV production in different forms and demonstrating Watchdata people’s creativity and the spirit of team collaboration.

30 Years of dauntless effort, Building Dreams Together
30KM Cross-country Run:
On September 16, the Yanqing Baili Landscape Gallery 30-kilometer cross-country race officially kicked off the anniversary celebration chapter. On this day, Watchdata people measured their love for Watchdata with their footsteps and wrote their commitment to Watchdata with their sweat. The 30KM cross-country run was a physical challenge and a test of will. Watchdata people demonstrated the company’s thirty-year tenacious fighting spirit during the run.
The Story Between Watchdata and Me:
Every Watchdata person is a creator and witness of Watchdata’s history. Through this activity, we listened to stories from employees who joined the company in different years, learning how they grew together with the company throughout Watchdata’s thirty-year development journey.

30 Years of dauntless effort, Creating Glory Together
30th Anniversary Carnival and Celebration:
On October 18, we invited nearly 700 Watchdata domestic and overseas employees and partners to participate in this grand PARTY to celebrate Watchdata’s upcoming 30th birthday. At this moment, full of joy and warmth, Watchdata expressed deep gratitude to all friends who have provided help and support along the way. The small trees we planted together are not only symbols of thirty years of friendship but also beautiful witnesses to future win-win cooperation.
During the celebration, Watchdata Chairman Mr. Wang Youjun shared the company’s story with everyone. The Chinese name “Watchdata” means “mastering a unique technology that protects data security,” which refers to using cryptographic technology to solve transaction security and identity verification problems in the information age. The English name “Watchdata” is actually composed of “Watch” and “Data,” which also means to be vigilant about/guard data security. Watchdata’s thirty years have been thirty years of development alongside computer and internet technology, thirty years closely connected with social development. The rapid growth of quantum computers has brought new opportunities and challenges. Watchdata General Manager Ms. Song Jinyan also introduced the company’s future development goals and direction. Continuing to protect information security is Watchdata’s original intention, goal, and motivation to continue moving forward.
30th Anniversary Sports Event:
In the sports meeting on October 19, the team competition format showed Watchdata people’s strong team awareness and cohesion. Overseas office employees also took this opportunity to deeply experience the corporate culture and team atmosphere of working actively and living happily.
Public Welfare Activities:
Watchdata not only focuses on its own development but also bravely assumes social responsibility. At its 30th Anniversary, multiple public welfare activities were held to give back to society. In June, employees were organized to participate in tree planting activities in the Tengger Desert; on October 18, public welfare booths were set up during the carnival, and Watchdata was awarded the title of “Caring Enterprise” by the Beijing Renai Foundation; in October, Watchdata donated 30 sets of office desks to help with post-disaster reconstruction in Hebei Town, Fangshan District; on November 9, the Watchdata Tiange Volunteer Service Team was officially established, organizing volunteers to clean up garbage on Yangtai Mountain, contributing to Beijing’s green waters and mountains. These activities not only demonstrated the company’s social responsibility but also showed Watchdata people’s love and dedication.
30th Anniversary Birthday Party:
Today, we raise our glasses to celebrate Watchdata’s 30th birthday, jointly wishing Watchdata an even better tomorrow.
With the successful conclusion of the birthday party, Watchdata’s 30th-anniversary celebration activities have come to a perfect end. These great activities represent the review of the past thirty years of development and our anticipation and expectation for the future. Watchdata’s thirty years have been thirty years of keeping pace with the times and advancing with technology, thirty years of growing together with every employee and every partner. In the coming days, we will continue to join hands with every Watchdata person and every partner to meet new challenges and create new glory together.
