Watchdata Actively Participates in CARTES 2009

Singapore, 10 November 2009 - Watchdata, one of the leading innovative smart card and contactless technology solutions providers in the world, will be showcasing a suite of data security, smart card and mobile (U)SIM chip technologies and latest applications at CARTES, Paris from 17-19 November 2009.

Located at Hall 3, stand 3G017 at the Paris-Nord Exhibition Center in Villepinte (France), Watchdata will present a “Fifteen Years of Excellence and Innovation” theme, which is showcased through its sponsorship of this year’s conference registration bag. Among the highlights is the Singapore Standard for Contactless ePurse Application Specification (CEPAS), the world’s first nation-wide interoperable micropayment platform that bridges gap between multiple sectors, particularly transit and retail e-payment.
