Production Excellence
To meet customer demand and globalization, Watchdata constantly improves its production strategy and adopts a partnership approach to its manufacturing activities. All card-manufacturing plants are now coordinated at corporate level by a central operating unit and product center that directs toward two distinct business activities: smart cards and personalization. These plants are strategically located in the China cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Zhuhai as well as in the country of Indonesia.
Personalization
Watchdata backs its personalization skills with intensive research and abundant project experience. Among the services available offered by Watchdata include:
-Design of personalization software based on customer´s specifications
-Delivery of databases via electronic link or medium
-Database management
-Electronic personalization of all ISO 7819-3 compliant cards (T=0 and T=1), and all Watchdata smart cards
-Graphical personalization (printing) techniques: embossing, ink jet and indent or thermal printing and laser engraving. Optional: bar code, photograph (black and white or color), label and scratch panel
-Personalization of additional documents and card-carriers
Quality Management
Compliance with requirements, continuous improvement and prevention are the corner stone of our Quality Policy. Product and service qualities are verified throughout the process. Regular audits are performed in product analysis and reliability labs certified for validating compliance with ISO criteria and ensuring compliance with specific customer requirements.
