1. Production Manager (Factory)
You will be fully in-charge of the factory in Singapore. This includes determining the annual production capacity, manpower requirements, facilities & factory workflow and processes. You would lead, direct and organize the manpower resources, set up an structure production system through enhancement of quality and production capability to fulfill production orders and exceeding customer’s expectation.
Requirements:
- -A degree holder who has 3years of factory experience with at least 2 years in supervisory experiences.
- Good understanding and knowledge of smart cards product preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and capabilities to make decision fast and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain good working relationships with management and staff.
- Resourceful, analytical and able to work independently.

2. HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive
You will handle the full spectrum of the HR function, as well as formulating, reviewing and developing HR policies across all levels. Your portfolio includes managing the HR function for the factory. This includes recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and annual salary reviews. In addition, you have experience to advise on the tax and labour laws of Singapore, and to set up the HR system of the factory.
Preferably, you will also have experience in local and foreign set-ups of the HR system and in workplace safety and health.
Requirements:
- A degree holder who has 2 to 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in compensation and benefits work, and preferably with a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Good understanding and knowledge of statutory regulations, tax and labour laws of Singapore.
- Experience in recruiting staff for factory set-up.
- Working knowledge of setting up the HR system in USA and France, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain good working relationships with management and staff.
- Resourceful, analytical and able to work independently.
